Guided Tour: The Trades of the Port

A new and original tour that will take you on a journey to discover the ancient trades of the Port of Livorno. Walking through the historic districts of Venezia and Pontino, we will evoke the figures of porters, caulkers, and many other craftsmen in the very places where they once worked. The tour culminates in a charming and atmospheric waterside cellar, where you will meet Fulvio Pacitto, the last Master Shipwright of Livorno. Through his memories of the city as it once was, he will offer a live demonstration of this ancient craft.
Duration: 2 hours
Price: €12 per person (includes rental of the radio headsets used during the tour)
