You will have the opportunity to choose from four typical specialties, to explore individually or as a combined journey: the Torta di Ceci, Pan Francese, Roschette, and Topa ( typical soft sweet bread with raisins).

With the guidance of our experts, you will learn the basic techniques to prepare Livorno’s typical breads, cakes, and sweets. Each lesson will end with a tasting moment where you can savor the delights created by your own hands.
